When our hot water system broke down, Alex installed a temporary system so that we could have hot water until the new one arrived a couple of days later. As promised Alex was here with the new heater on time at 0800 the next day. This was definitely above and beyond the call of duty but seemed to be quite the natural thing for Alex. Absolutely brilliant service, I called and they responded within 30 minutes, Alex came to the house on Sunday Morning and confirmed it was a underground leak, came back with leak detection team and found the leak within a hour! Pure skill it was at least 1200 mm down in the ground on the mains coming to the house.
