Had a different plumbing company install my hot water tank today, came home from work and my house stunk of gas and guess what the plumber couldn’t come because it was too late and told me turn turn the handle at the meter! Luckily I found Elexa who came with in the hour and fixed in less than 45 minutes. Safe to say I will be keeping them on speed dial.

Needed a gas point decommissioned after removing an old gas fireplace. Alex responded quickly, came round when he said would and did a professional job and charged a fair price.

My gas had been disconnected due to a leak found when Atco changed my meter. Alex came over straight away, found the leak, which was my hot water storage system, then replaced it with a new one. All this while he was on crutches. Then he fixed my leaking toilet while he was here. Great work by Alex. He’ll be my go to plumber in the future.

After calling 3 plumbing companies for quote about a leak we had in our bathroom. Alex was the only one that showed up , He was on time and professional. He even went out of the his way to get the job done the next day for us . I would highly recommend calling Elexa plumbing they did a great job .

Alex arrived quickly and explained all the details of replacing my hot water system. There were no hidden costs or charges and no call out fees. He replaced it the next morning and all the compliance paperwork was provided. I’d be happy to use and recommend him to family and friends.

When our hot water system broke down, Alex installed a temporary system so that we could have hot water until the new one arrived a couple of days later. As promised Alex was here with the new heater on time at 0800 the next day. This was definitely above and beyond the call of duty but seemed to be quite the natural thing for Alex. The installation was completed quickly, neatly and looks very professional. Their professionalism and courtesy values were totally in line with the values continuum, Many thanks to Elexa Will definitely use again.

Alex provided an excellent service being attentive to our particular needs. The job involved removal of the toilet, finding and repairing a leaking pipe under the floor and installation of a new toilet. The job was done efficiently and cleanly. I recommend Elexa Plumbing because Alex is so helpful and easy to communicate with.

Alex was absolutely fantastic when he came to replace my gas water heater. He was also very knowledgeable on gas compliance, and where to best situate my new unit. Turned up exactly as promised, very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service, I called and they responded within 30 minutes, Alex came to the house on Sunday Morning and confirmed it was a underground leak, came back with leak detection team and found the leak within a hour! Pure skill it was at least 1200 mm down in the ground on the mains coming to the house. The dodgy connection someone had put in was removed and a new pipe connected, hole filled back in and cleaned up. Couldn’t recommend this firm enough and great value. Thanks Mark & Karen
